EXB
EXB is a specialist franchise consultancy offering services for franchisors (from www.franchisegenerator.com) and advice and reports for franchisees prior to signing their franchise agreements.
EXB is leading the way with its fresh, modern approach and its use of highly qualified personnel who are experts in their field. We work with franchisees throughout the UK. All documentation is dealt with by email and post and therefore your location in the UK is not a factor.
EXB was founded and is managed by Élise Billy, one of the UK's leading franchise specialists who will personally prepare your franchisee report.
Please note that although Élise Billy also used to operate EXB Legal, a registered solicitors' firm, EXB Legal closed in 2009. EXB itself is now a franchise consultancy and not a regulated law firm (this is because Élise spends a significant amount of time outside the UK and it is not permitted for her to supervise a UK law firm on that basis).
Élise Billy
Élise has a MBA (Masters of Business Administration) and has run several of her own firms as well as having worked for several city and other leading law firms and internationally for a large commercial multinational plc. This means that she really can appreciate the commercial issues that are facing you.
Her academic background includes her law degree from Oxford University, First Class Honours in Law Society Finals (legal professional exams), and an MBA with distinction from INSEAD in France, one of the world’s leading international business schools.
Élise speaks several languages and is highly computer literate including having been UK managing director for an international internet consultancy. Her other commercial experience includes directing a management consultancy in London focusing on investment deals, business plans, financial forecasts and management strategy.
Élise also offers other consultancy services through EXB unrelated to franchising, including in relation to procurement, management consultancy, business coaching and training. She works on a retainer basis at Board of Director level with several large companies.
